LAND EXERCISE CLASSES
AOA (ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS)
(Ages 55+) AOA is a total body fitness program. Class consists of 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength training, followed by 15 minutes of cardio and stretching. All moves can be done sitting in the chairs that are provided.
BARRE FIT
(Ages 15+) A total body, low impact workout to strengthen your core, sculpt the glutes and thighs and tone the arms.
BOOT CAMP
(Ages 15+) Boot Camp combines cardiovascular endurance and strength training using dumbbells, barbells, tubes, and body weight exercises. Through challenging yet fun and safe exercises, you will get a total body workout.
CARDIO STRENGTH INTERVAL
(Ages 15+) Each week will use a new format. Step, kickboxing, resistance bands, medicine balls, body weight, dumbbells, and stability balls.
CARDIO, CORE & MORE
(Ages 15+) Get stronger with the fusion of free weights, resistance bands, body bars, stability balls, rigorous mat work, and routines that are far from predictable.
(Ages 15+) Get a full body, high intensity workout while targeting specific muscle groups.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
(Ages 15+) Get stronger with the fusion of free weights, resistance bands, body bars, stability balls, and rigorous mat work.
CORE BODY STRENGTH
ESSENTIALS
(Ages 15+) A perfectly blended workout using body resistance and light weights to target the entire body. The class is designed to target the core, sculpt the glutes and thighs, and tone the arms.
(Ages 15+) Get an awesome workout with interval training. The class will use a variety of cardio activities and body weight exercises for a total body workout.
INTERVALS
(Ages 15+) Your favorite cardio kickbox class will be done in an easy to follow boot camp format. This class is designed for all fitness level and blasts calories.
KICK/SCULPT/CORE
MUSCLE MADNESS
(Ages 15+) Create definition while building muscle while learning correct form with this class.
(Ages 15+) Build strength, endurance, and definition with weight training movements.
MUSCLE UP
TRAIN WITH THE TRAINER
(Ages 15+) Join our personal trainer for a new workout each week that focuses on muscle partners and specific strength training exercises, as well as cardio.
ZUMBA
(Ages 15+) An aerobic/fitness interval training workout that combines fast and slow rhythms with dance inspired exercises to tone and sculpt your body, top to bottom. Zumba is a fun, easy, “feel happy” workout.
ZUMBA STEP
(Ages 15+) Zumba Step is a combination of step training and a regular Zumba class. It combines all the toning and strengthening of step with the fitness-party everyone loves. Burn calories while toning and strengthening legs and glutes.
MIND & BODY CLASSES
GENTLE A.M. YOGA
(Ages 15+) Develop fundamental postures, breath control, and relaxation. This class is structured for those new to yoga or revisiting yoga after many years.
SUNSET YOGA
(Ages 15+) This restorative yoga class focuses on releasing deeply held tensions from both the mind and body to reset the central nervous system. Props are used to support postures for longer periods of time.
SIMPLE STRETCH
(Ages 15+) Stretch it out and relax without the intensity of a yoga class.
YOGA
(Ages 15+) Invigorate your mind and body and relax from a busy day while you sweat and strengthen your body.
YOGA LITE
(Ages 15+) Enjoy the morning gently opening and strengthening the body. This class will focus on standing postures and will be adjusted to each person’s skill.
ZEN
(Ages 15+) Gently stretch your muscles while working on core strength and balance. Class will work on breathing techniques and end with relaxation.
